Introduction:
In this lab there are two tickets, first, you have to troubleshoot connectivity between the HQ office and Remote office, then the remote the office also unable to access the web.


Scenario:
Ticket1: The software engineer at HQ office on a regular basis performs a backup of data to the server PC1 located in the remote office, usually, you can reach the server at 172.20.100.10 but this evening the application he uses for this operation is failed to access the PC1, he opens trouble ticket, now you have to solve this issue.

Ticket2: Computers in the remote office unable to access the Internet, specifically users complain that Web server they use to do their job is down, the IP address of webserver is 209.65.200.241.



Topology:

Instruction:
Troubleshoot ticket1 first then start with the second, do not forget to obtain an IP address for Client1 before start solving the problems.

Validation:
Ticket1: Successful ping from Client1 to PC1 will prove that you have reloved the issue.
Ticket2: Successful ping from any PCs in the remote office to the Web server will prove that problems have been resolved.
